Wayne joined the Dragons in 2007/2008 from the Blues proving himself almost immediately and becoming an imperative part of the Dragons squad. Early in his career he was part of the Blues Academy and an important part of the Pontypridd side in their Welsh Premiership campaign. His game is also helped from his heavy involvement in the Welsh sevens team where he’s played all around the world in the IRB Sevens World Cup. Even though Wayne has been an influential part of the Dragons squad the past few seasons he is still developing and the Dragons are expecting bigger thing from him.
