Vincent Clerc

The prolific winger started his career at Grenoble with whom he won the Pro D2 title in 2002 to secure promotion to the French top flight.

He made his first first appearance for France on November 9, 2002 against South Africa, scoring in that match.

In 2003 he moved to Toulouse helping them secure Heineken Cup glory scoring a try in the final against Perpignan. He made his international debut against the Springboks in 2002.

Among his most memorable moments on the international stage was his last gasp try against Ireland in 2007 to win the 6 Nations. Although relatively small in stature, his reputation as a marvelous finisher is huge.

After nearly 14 years with Toulouse, Clerc signed for Toulon ahead of the 2016-17 season. He announced that he will retire at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.

Clerc was capped for his country on 67 occasions, scoring 34 tries in the process for Les Bleus.
