The 27-year-old Grice has been with Grenoble since 2014, proving himself to be a hard hitting defender making over 60 appearances.
He made 12 appearances for Grenoble during the 2016-17 season, Grenoble were relegated to the PROD2 after a disappointing campaign.
Kiwi backrow forward Grice left Grenoble to join newly-promoted Top 14 club Oyonnax on a two-year contract for the 2017-18 season.
