Biggar gets the second half underway for Saints

The Northampton Saints take a 25-14 lead over London Irish into halftime. Irish opened the scoring with a try ten minutes in, but Saints hit back immediately with a score to level matters at 7-7. Saints edged ahead with a penalty, but a second Irish try midway through the half saw them up 14-10. Saints responded with two tries just a couple of minutes apart to lead 22-14, with London Irish picking up a yellow card. Irish missed a late penalty attempt, with Saints slotting a shot at goal to bring the half to a close with an 11 point advantage.
