Six Nations: Farrell captains England in Hartley's absence
England head coach Eddie Jones has named his side to play France in Paris.
Injury has ruled out captain Dylan Hartley so Jamie George will replace him at hooker in what is an otherwise unchanged starting forward pack to the one that faced Scotland last month.
Owen Farrell will captain the team with Mako Vunipola named as vice captain.
