Guillaume Tartas began his training at Aviron Bayonnais before joining Agen. Arriving at Colomiers in 2017, after a year spent on the other side of the Garonne, he made his first Pro D2 start during the 2018-2019 season at the age of 22, against Béziers. A loosehead prop by trade, nicknamed " Tartine " in the locker room, he scored his first tries for Colomiers Rugby in 2021.
