Takahiro Ogawa (小川 高廣, Ogawa Takahiro, born 18 March 1991) is a Japanese international rugby union player who specializes in the scrum-half position. He is currently associated with the Sunwolves in Super Rugby and Toshiba Brave Lupus in Japan's domestic Top League.
Ogawa's entire senior club rugby career has been in Japan, where he joined the Toshiba Brave Lupus in 2013. He is a regular goalkicker for his team and has accumulated over 350 career points.
In addition to his club rugby, Ogawa has also represented Japan in the Sevens format. He was a Japan Sevens representative during the 2013–14 IRB Sevens World Series, participating in two events.
Ogawa received his first call-up to Japan's senior national squad before the 2016 end-of-year rugby union internationals. He made his international debut in the first game under new head coach Jamie Joseph, which resulted in a 54-20 loss at home to Argentina.
