Sean F O'Brien

USA-born Sean Finn O'Brien started his career with the Greystones U.6 and honed his skills there as a centre until U12 level.

O'Brien started out playing minis with Greystones RFC before going to school in Blackrock College where he played on the Junior and Senior cup teams.

Moving onto Willow Park school and Blackrock he was soon moved to the second row and ultimately back row as he played on the winning 2016 JCT team alongside Niall Comerford beating St. Michaels.

Sean went onto get a winning Senior Cup medal in 2018 alongside Liam Turner.

Sean was part of the Ireland U20's squad in 2020 winning the triple crown with that team before Covid stopped the competition. He has three Ireland U-20 caps.

In March 2021, the Leinster Academy product was named on the bench for Leinster to make his PRO14 debut against Zebre.
