The young ball player has also represented New South Wales U20’s and New South Wales schoolboys.
In 2021 Patrick Pellegrini played New South Wales Shute Shiled competiton for West Harbour.
Patrick has been plying his trade here in the UK for Sevenoaks Rugby Club in currently playing in London Premier
He later signed for Coventry and played for them in the 2022/2023 Championship Cup and England Championship.
He has recently been included in Tonga's final training squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
