WATCH: Former Waratahs prop makes two OUTSTANDING interceptions
- 1491
Former Wallabies and Waratahs' prop Matt Dunning played over 100 Super Rugby matches over a decade long career.
The charismatic prop also earned over 40 test caps for the Wallabies but produced some outstanding moments in Super Rugby.
Back in 2003, the Waratahs needed two tries to claim a bonus-point win and go to the Super Rugby semi-finals. With a penalty advantage, Dunning attempted a drop goal - that he didn't intend to go over - in order to get the penalty.
However, the loosehead struck the ball perfectly and nailed his attempt from about 30 metres out.
