The PROD2 is back and back with a bang!
France's second division regularly produces moments of madness - good and bad - and the opening game between Bayonne and Agen did not disappoint.
The two sides regelated from last season's TOP14 opened the season on Thursday evening with Bayonne coming out 37-16 victors.
The brilliant moment of madness in the first game came in the 73rd minute as Bayonne's flyhalf dropped a cross-field kick over the Agen try line.
Remy Baget sped after the ball as it bounced in goal with the winger superbly batting the ball back in play as it headed over the dead-ball line. His fullback Arthur Duhau was quickest to react from Baget batting the ball back and dotted down for the score.
