Watch: Blitzbok star Werner Kok red carded for a dangerous fend in his first start for Toulouse

Former South African sevens star Werner Kok was shown a red in the 53rd minute of his first start for Toulouse, who signed the flyer as a Rugby World Cup joker.

Kok was given his marching orders for what looked like an elbow to the throat of La Rochelle winger Jules Favre.

Toulouse went on to lose the clash against La Rochelle 28-13, which made it three defeats from four to start their title defence.

Meanwhile, Ronan O'Gara's men have now gone two from four to start the season but are yet to win away from home going down to Clermont and Montpellier in the opening three rounds.
