Scotland change four with Horne starting

Scotland have named Peter Horne as replacement for the suspended Finn Russell in one of four changes for their match against Italy on Saturday.
Horne comes in at fly-half with Tommy Seymour starting instead of Tim Visser.
In the pack Tim Swinson replaces the injured Richie Gray while Euan Murray starts at tight-head.
