Saracens show pride before falling to Clermont Auvergne’s class

The last English team were knocked out of Europe here in Saint-Étienne, but
they were dragged out kicking and screaming and resisting and scrapping
until the end.



When Clermont were awarded a penalty goal, with eight minutes to go, this
extraordinary crowd responded as if it was the decisive blow.
