OFFICIAL: Rhys Webb signs 3-year deal with Toulon

RC Toulon has confirmed that Rhys Webb will join the French giants on a three-year deal from the 2018-19 season.

The 28-year-old scrumhalf informed the Welsh Rugby Union and Ospreys of his intention to leave Welsh Rugby next season and has now signed a three deal with the French giants.

Webb has 30 test caps to his name and was part of the British and Irish Lions touring squad to New Zealand earlier this year.
