While many expected a full house for the hosts it was the way they got the job done that will be the most satisfying for the fans as they scored early, just 20 seconds into the game, and then managed to break the visitors down before unleashing their bench and finishing things off in style.

The highlight of the game was tough to pick with Cheswill Jooste bagging a hat trick, Jeandre Rudolf scoring a wonder try on the wing and Jan-Hendrik Wessels scoring with a diving finish after a great Willie le Roux kick pass.
