HIGHLIGHTS: Georgia v Uruguay - Rugby World Cup 2019
Georgia overpowered Uruguay 33-7 in the Rugby World Cup in a Pool D encounter. Two tries saw Georgia out to a 12-0 lead, but Uruguay hit back with their first try just before halftime to trail only 12-7 at the break. The dominant Georgian pack took control of the match in the second half, winning numerous scrum penalties to go along with some powerful driving mauls. There was only one side in it in the second forty, with three Georgian tries taking the game away from Uruguay as they led 33-7 heading into the final quarter. Georgia controlled the final 20 minutes with both territory and possession in abundance, with the game ending on a sour note with a late red card for Uruguay.
