Captain Stuart Hooper will return to lead Bath Rugby from the second row when they face Leicester Tigers in Saturday's Aviva Premiership play-off semi-final showdown at The Rec (5pm).
Hooper and hooker Ross Batty have been restored to the starting XV, with the latter replacing Rob Webber.
The only other change to the side that beat Gloucester 50-30 in the final game of the regular season sees Jonathan Joseph take the number 13 shirt from Ollie Devoto, who will provide kicking cover on the bench in the absence of Tom Homer.
