Leicester Tigers have named their matchday squad for Sunday’s double header at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, Michael Cheika’s side taking on Gloucester in round five of the Gallagher Premiership.
Tigers have named an unchanged starting pack for the first time this season. Josh Bassett comes on to the wing and Izaia Perese partners Joseph Woodward in the centres.
Academy product Tom Manz earns a place on the bench this week after impressing for Nottingham in the Championship. Manz will make his league debut if required from the replacements.
Hooker Charlie Clare will also bring up 100 appearances for the club if and when he joins the action.
Leicester Tigers head coach, Michael Cheika said: “Sunday is a big event for the club with the Slater Cup and the double header.
“The atmosphere and feeling in the stadium has been great this season and I’m enjoying enjoying being a part of that.
“We are focused on improving and what will be another great challenge this week.”
