Backs Coach Sam Vesty & Breakdown Coach Simon Cross to leave Worcester Warriors

Worcester Warriors can confirm that Backs Coach Sam Vesty and Breakdown Coach Simon Cross will be leaving the Club at the end of the season.

Thirty-six-year-old Vesty has been at Sixways for five years after joining Warriors as Transition Coach in 2013, while 37-year-old Cross will leave Sixways after a five-year spell at the Club. 

“I’d like to thank both Sam and Simon for their hard work over the past five seasons, commented Warriors Director of Rugby Alan Solomons.

"We wish both of them all the best in their future endeavours."

Vesty was promoted to Backs Coach in February 2015 as Cross joined the club as Defence Coach ahead of the 2013/14 season before combining a dual role as Breakdown Coach at Warriors alongside being Head Coach at Birmingham Moseley.
