The Wallabies secured a clean 2–0 series sweep over Eddie Jones’ Brave Blossoms with a clinical performance on home soil.
Unlike the earlier fixture in the series, Australia started with significantly sharper execution up front. Following a period of sustained pressure and build-up phases, the Wallabies struck first to break the deadlock. Japan fought back strongly in the opening half, answering with a try of their own to narrow the margin to 7–5.
However, the second half belonged entirely to the hosts. Australia pulled away after the interval, exploiting a tiring Japanese defense to assert total control and seal a decisive victory.
