Wellington hosts Waikato in the final round before the semi-finals in the Mitre 10 Cup.
Wellington has recorded six wins from their nine matches and is currently second in the Championship standings. A bonus point win for the Lions would see them top the Championship table.
Waikato have won four and drawn one of their nine matches to lie sixth in the Premiership log. They will be desperate for a bonus point victory if they are to have any shot at making the semi-finals.
