Scintillating play from Wellington! Vito looked to have been tackled into touch on the left and side but a last second offload kept the ball alive. Seconds later the ball in bombing down the right hand touchline in the hands of Ardie Savea. He passes to the speedster outside him and Savea is on hand to gather the offload when Curtis is caught by the cover.

Wellington on the attack, looking a bit more sharp. But somehow Brad Weber comes away from the ruck with the ball. He breaks upfield but runs straight into Toomaga-Allen and looses possession.

HT here in Waikato. WIth 2 first half tries Wellington have been dominant but a few defensive errors late in the first half allowed the home side back into it. The Lions coach will have a few issues to sort out in the next 10mins. In fact if Trent Renata was on his game the Waikato could well be in front! Stay tuned for the 2nd half.
