This game was never going to be about entertainment. Both teams knew what was at stake so it was always likely to tight and tense. The result was all that was important today. Just delighted to see Scotland WIN a game due to a last minute kick for a change.

A last minute penalty by Greig Laidlaw was all that could separate these two sides today in this incredibly tense international clash. In a game littered with handling errors and ill discipline both kickers put on a show case with the Scotsman just getting the better of Sanchez. A great result for Scotland which now puts them ahead of Argentina in the world rankings.
