Full-time from Allianz Park sees Saracens run out comfortable winners against Sale. A flurry of tries in the opening forty for the hosts meant that they were never in any real danger of letting this game slip. With that said, Sale gave a spirited performance in the second half and had they been more clinical, they could have perhaps pulled a result from today. However, Sarries proved too good at home this afternoon picking up the try bonus point in the 40-19 win. Nick Tompkins earns himself a deserved man of the match award for his heroics in the centre today. Saracens go top of the league, temporarily, with the bonus point win today, while Sale slip further down the wrong end of the table after losing for the third time this season. Thanks for staying with out live coverage this afternoon folks. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

George Kruis collapsed the maul just short of the Sarries line. Ref had no choice but to award penalty try and yellow card Kruis.

Kruis was yellow carded for deliberately collapsing the maul. Definite yellow card offence.

Nick Tompkins is awarded the man of the match! Deserved after his performance in the centre today.

Seymour is sin binned this time around for deliberately slowing the ball down. A tad harsh but JP Doyle looks as though he has lost his patience. Goode adds three points from the resulting penalty with an effort from distance.

Penalty try for the visitors! A good rolling maul from the Sharks pack is collpased illegally by George Kruis just short of the Sarries line. JP Doyle awards a penalty try and a yellow card to Kruis. Ford adds the conversion as Kruis takes his marching orders.

What happened, why the yellow? Missed it
