The Sharks suffered a heavy league defeat at Allianz Park in September, going down 40-19, whilst they were beaten twice by Mark McCall's men in the European Rugby Champions Cup pool stage. Despite those setbacks, Sale trail this weekend's visitors by just four points in the league table, after losing only one of their last six Aviva Premiership Rugby fixtures at the AJ Bell Stadium. They also come into the clash off their back of their first bonus-point win in the competition since round seven, having run in eight tries to beat London Welsh 52-12 at the Kassam Stadium last weekend.
