Hunt gets the second half underway for Tasman

Tasman take a 22-13 lead over Otago into halftime. The sides traded early penalties before Tasman crossed for two quick tries to lead 15-3. Otago hit back with a try of their own and slotted a penalty to close the gap to just two points. However, Tasman would run in their third try of the half for a nine point lead at the break.
