Osprey's victory last weekend over the Dragons came at a cost - Dan Lydiate, Josh Matavesi and Dmitri Arhip have all been ruled out due to injury, forcing Tandy to call on two teenagers. Owen Watkin starts at inside centre for his first Guinness PRO12 appearance since September while fellow 19-year-old Sam Underhill comes into the back-row. Paul James pulls on the captains armband for tonight's critical fixture.

Ireland duo Sean O'Brien and Jamie Heaslip are named in the back-row with Tadhg Furlong replacing Marty Moore at tighthead. Meanwhile, Isa Nacewa returns as captain with Luke Fitzgerald switching to inside centre. Johnny Sexton and Luke McGrath step up into the half back positions after shaking off knee and foot injuries respectively.
