Glenn, no one on earth believes the right call was made in the Bismarck v Carter tackle. He used his arms and even the commentators were baffled by the call.

Touch judges are usually never keen to intervene (unless a certain Nigel Owens is on the line). Sometimes wonder if they are there for decoration or selling ice creams.
