@James Re "full strength Munster would smash the blues"
A season is not built on your full strength team, its built on the strength & depth of your squad - something Munster is desperately lacking in, and Cardiff (after a great summer of culling & signing) have in abundance.

let's hope that's an early lesson!!

Any particular reason our 6' 9" South African behemoth isn't playing? Or just not good/experienced enough?

Mick Carney Sep 9

keatley just not good enough when pressure is on he makes the wrong decision.Munster will win nothing with him at outhalf.he had a decent game tonight but that's the problem, that was his good night and he still couldn't control the game when needed

Cardiff come away with a great win here in Cork. Their backs proved to be just too elusive for a Munster defence which didn't show the same intensity as last week in Llanelli. Cardiff now have back to back wins in the opening two rounds and will hope to continue this run of form in the coming weeks.

Blues played well and closed the game out. Munster were not clinical enough when they got into the Blues 22. There is a lot there which could be good but.....

What a class game! Huge performance from the Blues, more to come from both sides this season, Munster need Tyler back asap

From what I saw Keatley was decent, and he set up a try so can't pin it all on him. Defense needs a bollocking after that counter, can't let that happen.

Super performance by Cardiff

keatley should've pumped it down field not 3m from where he was standing. full strength munster would smash the blues
