All over here at the Stade de France and English fans are left wondering how they have not come away with a win here in Paris. Did essentially everything right but the key matter of closing out the game. England had a lineout on the French 5 which went astray, when a score was absolutely vital. On the other hand, France get off the hook and have managed to grab themselves a crucial win having mainly lived off scraps. What a start to the game we had and the finish to match as Fickou went over for the crucial score. Tough break for England but a lot to be learnt from an experience like this.
