Clermont scrum outside of Stades 22m. It looks like the are continuing where they left off!

We are back up and running!

HT at the Stade Marcel Michellen and Clermont take a convincing lead going in to the break. They have been the superior side certainly throughout the first 40 minutes. Stade's defence simply unable to contain the wrath of Clermont's skill in attack. James originally started poorly with the boot but definitely improved as we approached half time. Difficult to see Stade recovering but you never know in Top 14 rugby, stay tuned to find out! 27-9

Excellent strike. 27-9

Clermont penalised once more, this time for holding on. Will James go for the posts again? Centre of the field, on the half way line.

No problem! 24-9

Ref pins Stade for offside inside their own 22 and its looks like James will extend Clermonts lead to 15 just before half time

Clermont take it quick and look to capitalise

Stade with possession inside their own half and they look to run it before Arias is bundled in to touch

21-9 the score now as we approach half time
