In what was an impressive game in which neither side deserved to lose, the home side have got the win they hope will kick start their season. Although Toulouse were the dominant side for the majority of the game they couldnt make their possession count, when they finally scored a try late in the second half they looked ready made to go on and win it. But an fantastic individual try by Masilevu worthy of winning any game was the deciding moment.

With his first touch of the ball Masilevu scores a brilliant individual try. He gets the ball off a long kick from Huget, gets tackled by Poitrenaud but isnt held, gets up, appears to be running infield but steps outside fooling two Toulouse players before sprinting in in the corner.
Brive arent giving up though. They hold off the Toulouse attack, eventually stealing the ball and try to run from deep before Germain launches a kick deep into Toulouse territory
Toulouse want more. They are in complete control and the Brive defence appears to be tiering
Toulouse have drawn back level with a brilliant try made by their substitutes . Vermaak breaks off the back of a ruck down the right wing before he is eventually brought down. Toulouse recycle the ball well and go right and after a number of good offloads Maka is able to cross in the corner
