After a very exciting finish, Australia hold out to win the encounter.
Wight charges down a kick and fortunately for him the ball lands next to him and it is easily dotted down.
Australia spread it wide from the lineout but then suddenly swing it back the other way and the Scottish defence is unable to shift quick enough and Myers easily breaks through the defence to score. Scotland are in trouble.
Wight loses the ball forward from his own teams kickoff, Australia gather the ball and Clark does brilliantly to throw a dummy and break a tackle and go 50m to score under the poles.
Fou gets the ball out wide after a lineout and has a one-on-one situation with the defender. He lines him up before suddenly turning on the afterburners and easily getting around the defender without a hand being laid on him.
Both teams defence holding strong, much of the match being played around the halfway line.
Jenkins scores in the corner after some slick hands. He gets the ball outside his defender and just manages to get over in the corner before being tackled out.
Both teams missing their jumpers at the lineout.
Fantastic start by Scotland. Robertson breaks the line after the Australian defence rushes up too quickly. He breaks from his own tryline and nearly butchered the try as he had support next to him but chose to take the last man on himself. Luckily for him it worked out and he scores a 100m try.
Next up we have Australia taking on Scotland in the Cup quarter final. These two teams have been very competitive over the last few encounters so we can expect a cracker of a match.
