A versatile back, Jennings is comfortable operating both in the centre and at fullback. A quality operator in both slots, Jennings is fast developing into a solid defender more than capable of creating space on attack courtesy of his large frame. He made his professional debut for Sale in the 2012-13 English premiership season and has also represented England at underage level.
Centre Jennings came through the Sharks academy and has made over 50 outings since his debut in 2013. In 2016, he signed a new contract with Sale Sharks.
Sale Sharks have announced that centre Mark Jennings has signed a new two year deal with the club.
Mark who became the youngest player ever to sign for the club as a 16 year old back in 2009 has represented England at U16,U18 and U20 level and is still only 24 years of age.
