Jake Woolmore, born on December 7, 1990, is an English rugby union player who currently plays as a loosehead prop for Bristol Bears in Premiership Rugby. He joined Bristol Bears from Jersey Reds ahead of the 2018/19 Gallagher Premiership campaign and has since established himself as a key player in the top flight.

Woolmore began his professional career with Exeter Chiefs in the summer of 2015, where he appeared in the A League and the Anglo-Welsh Cup.

He also had a spell as a dual-registered player for his former club, Taunton Titans. In April 2016, Woolmore joined Jersey Reds in the RFU Championship as an emergency front-cover due to injuries. His impressive performances led to a permanent deal, and he became a regular member of the squad from the 2016-17 season.

On March 9, 2018, Woolmore made his return to the Premiership when he signed with Bristol Bears ahead of the 2018-19 season. Since joining Bristol, he has been a consistent performer and has made more league appearances for the Bears than any other player in the 2018-19 season. Known for his power in scrummaging and his effectiveness in open play, Woolmore continues to excel under the leadership of head coach Pat Lam.

With his strong presence in the front row, Jake Woolmore adds depth and strength to the Bristol Bears squad as they compete in Premiership Rugby.
