Polledri represented Filton College and Dings Crusaders, in addition to turning out in the Aviva Premiership A League for Bristol Rugby since 2014.

Polledri is an English-born Italian rugby union player who plays for Gloucester Rugby in the Aviva Premiership.

Polledri represented Italy U20s during the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship.

He then joined Hartpury RFC during the 2015-16 season where at senior level, during the 2016-17 season, he had a breakthrough campaign as he has played his part in what has been a tremendous season for the runaway leaders in National League 1, where he helped them earn promotion to the RFU Championship.

In March 2017, Polledri signed his first professional contract with Gloucester, on a three-year deal ahead of the 2017-18 season.

In January 2018 Polledri was named in Italy's 6 Nations squad, effectively turning down the chance of potentially representing England.

On 17 March 2018, Polledri made his senior international debut for Italy in the 2018 Six Nations Championship.

June 2018 saw him score his first international try for Italy against Japan, a game the Italians won 25-22.

As of the 2018/2019 Champions Cup, Polledri has had 9 European Cups appearances scoring 2 tries and 10 points.
