Loubser is a Namibian rugby player who plays in the position of flyhalf. He is a player in the Namibia National team and has played for UP Tuks in the Varsity Cup.
In the 2018/19 season, Loubser played for Namibia Welwitchias in the Supersport Challenge. In 2019/20 he played for Leeds.
Since 2021 until currently, Loubser has been playing for Utah Warriors in the Major League Rugby, making 27 appearances, scoring 8 tries, 7 penalties and 17 conversions giving him a total of 95 points.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Loubser has been named in the squad for Namibia.
