Quin is a talented Australian winger for Gordon in the Shute Shield. He represented the Australian Universities side that won the 7's World University Games in June 2016 and subsequently caught the eye of national head coach Andy Friend and was selected in the Australian 7's squad for the Sydney 7's in 2017.
Quinn started off his 2017/2018 series campaign strong with a standout performance in the Oceania 7s, where the team finished off the campaign in third position, Quinn responsible for two tries and two conversions in fixtures against the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.
In July 2018 he was included in the Australian Sevens squad for the 2018 Sevens World Cup.
