Iturria is a young strong ball carrying Lock who broke into the Clermont side in 2015 when he was able to rack up 10 appearances at the young age of 21.
Iturria is just short of 2 metres tall and 105kg which makes it possible for him to be a threat in the line-out and provide mobility around the field, he has represented France at U18,19 and 20.
Iturria was named in the 2016 FFR’s development squad, after being overshadowed in the 2015 season by the emergence of team-mate Paul Jedrasiak.
In 2016 Iturria was called into the France training squad ahead of the November internationals, he was not able to make his debut.
January 2017 saw him get a call up to the France team for the 2017 6 Nations, with the tournament becoming Iturria's debut.
The following year saw him being included in the 2018 Six Nations squad.
Ahead of the 2019 Six Nations, Iturria has had 3 previous 6 Nations appearances, He has yet to score any points.
