He has represented the Counties Manukau Steelers, earning 12 caps for the team. Additionally, Togiatama has been a part of the Ardmore Marist Premier team. In 2019, he had the opportunity to be a member of the Chiefs Development Squad and Chiefs U20s, further contributing to his rugby experience.

In 2018, Togiatama served as the captain of the Counties U19s team, showcasing his leadership abilities on the field. He has also represented Counties Bs and continued to make appearances for the Ardmore Marist Premier team.
