Timaru-born Will Gualter is possibly the first player out of Lincoln High School to make the New Zealand Schools team.
The outside back captained the Lincoln Combined 1st XV in 2019 and is known for his x factor play and the ability to suit up in several backline positions.
In 2022, he was named in the Canterbury NPC squad and was named in the 23 for the first game of the season for his debut.
