Vusi Moyo is one of South Africa's most exciting young fly-halves, renowned for his game management, tactical kicking and composure under pressure. Born on 6 July 2006, he first gained national recognition at King Edward VII School (KES) in Johannesburg, where he established himself as one of the country's leading schoolboy playmakers before joining the Sharks.
Moyo starred for the Junior Springboks, playing a key role in South Africa's triumph at the 2025 World Rugby U20 Championship in Italy, where he finished as the tournament's leading points scorer. His outstanding performances accelerated his rise into senior rugby, earning opportunities with the Sharks in the United Rugby Championship and Currie Cup before progressing into the Springbok setup.
In 2026 he made his debut for the Springboks in the Nations Championship vs Wales.
