Seilala Lam, born on February 18, 1989, is a rugby union player who plays as a hooker for the Samoan national rugby team and USA Perpignan.

Seilala was born in New Zealand but immigrated with his family to Australia when he was 11 years old.

He began his professional career in 2010, playing for Randwick in The Shute Shield. The following season, he played for Eastern Suburbs RUFC, also in The Shute Shield. During his time at Eastern Suburbs, he trained with the Waratahs under the guidance of then head coach Michael Cheika.

Cheika suggested that Lam switch from an openside flanker to a hooker, and Lam made the position change ahead of the 2014 National Rugby Championship season with the Canberra Vikings.

In 2015, Lam joined USO Nevers in France, where he played 23 games over a span of 18 months. He then moved to USA Perpignan in 2017.

Lam made his international debut for Samoa in 2016. He was later named in Samoa's final 31-man squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He has also represented the Canberra Vikings and Perpignan in France. In 2019, he was selected for the Samoan squad for the Pacific Nations Cup.

Ahead of the World Rugby Cup 2023, Lam has been named in the squad for Samoa.
