Ramshaw started his careers at Gosport and Fareham RFC, and represented Hampshire age group sides from U14-18, with him also gaining Divisional honours.
Ramshaw spent time with London Irish on the AASE scheme and then securing academy contracts before moving to Leeds Beckett University and working with Yorkshire Carnegie.
Rotherham secured his signature in 2016.
