Jemma represented Scotland Women A - alongside her sister Marii - and won the Sarah Beaney Cup and league in 2013 with her club, Hillhead Jordanhill.
The Forsyth sisters also played together in the inaugural Donna Kennedy Cup in 2015 for the West team.
Jemma was included in the Scotland Women squad for the 2017 Six Nations tournament.
