Live wire halfback Tomasi Pulu made his provincial debut in New Zealand in 2008 for Wellington against Hawke's Bay.
He was named in the Tonga squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup and made 2 appearances.
He went onto represent English side Doncaster Knights in 2014 before he returned to Wellington.
