Despite no Pro 14, Champions Cup and Aviva Premiership taking place this weekend, there was plenty of action happening around the world.
Sydney 7s
Australia men and women 7s side's starred this weekend in Sydney with both sides winning their respective titles with convincing victories over South Africa and New Zealand respectively.
Top 14
Toulon, La Rochelle, Toulouse and Racing 92 all picked up victories on Saturday in the Top 14 but it was Lyon's 71-17 victory over Agen that stood out running in 10 tries.
There were two games on Sunday with Pau securing a 5-40 away win over Stade Francais and Montpellier edging Clermont 29-30.
Louis Picamoles was in fine form for Montpellier as he pushes for a return to the test squad, while Nemani Nadolo scored a late try to secure the win for Montpellier.

2019 Rugby World Cup qualifier
Canada and Uruguay faced off in what doubled-up as Americas Rugby Championship and a Rugby World Cup qualifier.
Canada went into an early 17-7 lead but Uruguay came back to win the match 29-38 and take one step closer to securing their place in the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Anglo-Welsh Cup
Gloucester, Northampton Saints, Worcester Warriors, Saracens, Leicester Tigers, Harlequins and Bath all picked up victories in the Anglo-Welsh Cup this weekend but the result of the round goes to London Irish, who put in a fantastic performance thrash Wasps 66-7.
The Exiles scored 10 tries with electric winger Joe Cokanasiga bagging a hattrick.
