Groups announced for the Mens & Women's Rio 7s:

The draw was done for the Rio 7's with the 12 Teams being placed in 3 groups.

The mens draw see's Great Britain, Kenya & New Zealand in Group C along with host nation Japanl. Group B has Australia, France South Africa & Spain while Group A consists of USA, Argentina, Fiji & Brazil

Super Rugby returns:

The June break has ended seeing the return of Super Rugby and Chiefs play the Crusaders in the 1st game. This game will be played in Fiji bringing Super Rugby to Suva for the 1st time

Biyi Alo off to Worcester Warriors:

The young Saracens tighthead will join up with the Warriors as injury dispensation cover 

Pat Lambie may not be ready this weekend:

Many South African fans hoped to see Elton Jantjies and Pat Lambie face off this weekend as the Lions host the Sharks but the latter has still not returned to full training following his concussion 3 weeks ago.
