Ryan Mills commits future to Warriors
Warriors have confirmed that centre Ryan Mills has committed his future to the Club after signing a new long-term deal.
Mills, who was called up to England’s training squad last summer, has become an important member of Warriors’ first-team since his arrival at the Club in 2014. Full story

Saracens have confirmed the signing of Nic Stirzaker on a three-month deal.
The 26-year-old captained the Melbourne Rising team to victory in the inaugural National Rugby Championship in 2014 and enjoyed a breakout 2015 season, scoring his first Super Rugby tries and becoming a stalwart in the Rebels team. Read more
Dan Lydiate set to miss Six Nations with bicep injury
Ospreys and Wales flanker Dan Lydiate could miss the Six Nations after suffering a bicep injury.
Lydiate sustained a bicep injury in the first half of Ospreys’ 22-9 victory over the Dragons on Sunday.
Ospreys defence coach Brad Davis said the 30-year-old is "definitely a risk" of missing the Six Nations. Full story
Rhyno Smith included in the SA Rugby Sevens Academy squad
Sharks fullback Rhyno Smith has been included in the SA Rugby Sevens Academy squad that will play tournaments in Uruguay and Chile, confirms sarugbymag.
Besides the inclusion of Smith, coach Marius Schoeman has selected teenagers Angelo Davids and Muller du Plessis along with capped Blitzboks Marco Labuschagne, Zain Davids, Ryan Oosthuizen, Dewald Human, Stedman Gans and Selvyn Davids. Full squad
